The role
We are in search of motivated and talented individuals to join our team and start solving all sorts of problems on interesting projects.
Are you an experienced Full-Stack Developer with JavaScript and CSS knowledge who is experienced with front-end frameworks, such as Angular, Vue or React? Is your focus on backend based on PHP, or do Ruby or Node sound familiar? Are you in search of something new and different? Great! Then you are who we are looking for.
Does your bag of tricks contain experience with git and ability to implement responsive design? Do you know something extra, like SQL/noSQL databases, Elasticsearch, Test Driven Development, GraphQL? Even better!
We’re looking for someone who is fluent in English, thrives in a team environment and is always eager to learn something new and share their knowledge with others.
Most product teams involve both developers, designers, product managers, QA and DevOps engineers, so we hope you like working in a collaborative and creative environment!
The must-have shortlist
- 15+ years experience leading product engineering teams, ideally in both agency and in-house environments, including leadership of 25+ person teams
- Strong track record of shipping products with solid in-market examples
- Leader, listener, and mentor
- Expert knowledge of web and mobile application stacks with insights on industry best practices
- Present to clients with credibility, clarity, and confidence
- Ability to build relationships with teammates and clients alike and can fluently transition from technical to business speak to meet your audience
- Enjoy taking complex problems and turning them into elegantly simple solutions
- Seek to be part of a highly collaborative, high-quality engineering team
